Asian bowl- perfect post-exercise meal

It is quickly prepared, contains a lot of vegetable protein and is vegan.

You need:

(for two people)

  • 200g champinions

  • coconut oil

  • salt & pepper

  • garlic

  • broccoli

  • 1tsp baking soda

  • peanut butter

  • soy sauce

  • asian noodles


Dice and brown 200g champinions using coconut oil, salt & pepper and garlic • cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for 3-4 minutes (pro tip: add 1 tsp baking soda to the cooking water. The broccoli will stay brightly green) • prepare asian noodles • prepare a sauce with each 2 tbsp peanut butter, soy sauce and water • arrange all ingredients in a bowl and pour the sauce over it.
