The time of asparagus is starting and I've got the tastiest recipe for you. I prefer using the green ones which you don't have to peel so much.
You need:
250g flour
1 tsp salt
(15g yeast)
125ml water
300g sour cream
200g asparagus
tomatoes
salt & pepper
Mix 250g flour, 1 tsp salt (and 15g yeast, if you like)
add 125ml water
knead till smooth
let the dough rise in a warm place for 30min
wash the asparagus and peel the lower end
cut it into thin slanting slices • roll out the dough in one or multiple flat shapes
spread 300g sour cream
season well with salt & pepper
top with the asparagus and some tomatoes
season once more and drizzle with a bit of olive oil
bake at 250°C (upper/lower heat) for 12-15min ⠀
