Chia (per 100g): 21g protein, 31g fat, 34g fibre, 5g carbs, 440kcal
You need:
3-4 tbsp Chia seeds
200ml plant based milk
some of your favorite fruits and treats
For one portion put 3-4tbsp of Chia seeds into a small bowl ,add 200ml plant based milk • pro tip: if the milk has e.g. vanilla flavor, it will taste amazing. Add little bits of your favorite treats: fruits, dried fruits, chocolate chunks, Nutella... • let it steep for 2-3h in the fridge .
