Chia pudding is my favorite dessert!

Why? It's tasty, has the best nutritional values and is easy to prepare.

And since Chia is not that pricy anymore it's just the perfect treat.

Chia (per 100g): 21g protein, 31g fat, 34g fibre, 5g carbs, 440kcal


You need:

  • 3-4 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 200ml plant based milk

  • some of your favorite fruits and treats

For one portion put 3-4tbsp of Chia seeds into a small bowl ,add 200ml plant based milk • pro tip: if the milk has e.g. vanilla flavor, it will taste amazing. Add little bits of your favorite treats: fruits, dried fruits, chocolate chunks, Nutella... • let it steep for 2-3h in the fridge .
