Greek classic: Tsatsiki

Homemade Tsatsiki is not only incredibly delicious, but also has super nutritional values: low in calories, low in fat and rich in protein . The perfect dip for every occasion, whether for BBQ, for bread or as a vegetable dip.

You need:

500g low-fat curd cheese

some liquid

1-2 cloves of garlic

2 tsp salt

chili


Preparation:

Stir 500g low-fat curd cheese with some milk or water until creamy • add 1-2 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 tsp salt and some chilli • mix everything • add fine, well dried cucumber strips
