Burgers are among the top food trends 2018, so what could be better than these helthy high-protein burgers?
You need:
For four Burger Buns
375g spelt flour
1 package yeast
200ml buttermilk
120g lowfat quark
1 tsp salt
Burger topping
1 red onion
clove of garlic
mushrooms
Burger sauce
handful dill
200g yogurt
1tsp salt
one big sweetpotato
Buns
Mix 375g spelt flour, 1 package yeast, 200ml buttermilk, 120g lowfat quark and 1 tsp salt shape it into four buns
bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 15-20min until golden brown ⠀ Burger topping Cut one red onion, a clove of garlic and five mushrooms • brown with some oil in a pan season with salt and pepper ⠀ Burger sauce Chop a handful of dill • add 200g yogurt and 1 tsp of salt ⠀ Patty Get a veggie patty from your store, eg. made from lentis and grain • roast until done ⠀ Fries Cut one big sweet potato into sticks • bake at 180°C for 20min ⠀ Grab some lettuce and you are good to go: stack the burgers as you wish and enjoy your meal!
