Healthy waffle recipe

The recipe is rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, sugar-free and vegan. The waffles are super tasty and perfect for a chilled sunday breakfast.

You need:

( For two people)

  • 50g tender oat flakes

  • 40g spelt flour

  • 1 banana

  • 1tbsp linseed

  • 1tbsp cinamon

  • 40g peanut butter


Mix 50g of tender oat flakes, 40g spelt flour, 1 ripe banana, 1 tbsp linseed, 1 tsp cinnamon and 40 peanut butter. Add water until the desired consistency is achieved. Bake waffles in a waffle iron and serve with fresh fruit or anything you like.
