High protein crossaints

These savory high protein croissants are incredibly delicious and they taste like pizza. It's perfect for a comfy evening watching movies and treating yourself with a self made dish.

You need:


Dough:

230g spelt flour 250g quark 5g baking soda 10ml oil 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp chia seeds Filling:

200g cream cheese 5 small tomatoes Chili herbs salt & peper Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead • roll out the dough round • cut 8 pizza slices • prepare the filling • spread the filling on the dough slices • roll up the slices to get the croissants • bake at 180°C (circulating air) for 20-25min .
