High Protein Pizza

The High Protein Pizza is not only very quick to prepare and has very good nutritional values but also tastes fantastic.


You need:

  • 230g flour

  • 1tsp baking powder

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • 250g quark

  • 10g olive oil

  • different toppings like tomato, cheese, garlic, spring onions, herbs and everthing you prefer on your pizza


You want a bite of this tasty high Protein Pizza within minutes?

This is how it's done:


  1. Mash together 230g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, 250g quark and 10g olive oil, you can use your hands to mash the dough

  2. shape your pizza with a curling rod

  3. top it by your choice, e.g. tomatoes, garlic, spring onions, herbs and a lot of cheese

  4. bake at 250°C for 15-20 min Give it a try and make sure to tag me on your picture on instagram @running.for.food.
