The High Protein Pizza is not only very quick to prepare and has very good nutritional values but also tastes fantastic.

You need:
230g flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 egg
250g quark
10g olive oil
different toppings like tomato, cheese, garlic, spring onions, herbs and everthing you prefer on your pizza

This is how it's done:
Mash together 230g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, 250g quark and 10g olive oil, you can use your hands to mash the dough
shape your pizza with a curling rod
top it by your choice, e.g. tomatoes, garlic, spring onions, herbs and a lot of cheese
