Natural Power Snack - vegan

These homemade energy bars are perfect as a snack before and during sports.

You need:

  • 150g oat flakes

  • 150g dates

  • 50g nuts



  1. blend 150g oat flakes, 150g dates, 50g nuts (e.g. walnuts) in a high-performance mixer until sticky

  2. spread the mixture on baking paper and form a rectangle

  3. place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then cut into bars of any size


Nutritional values per 100g: 375kcal, 12g fat, 57g carbs, 9g protein, 7g fibre
