Pancakes-healthy, sugarfree, delicious

Do you love pancakes as much as I do? If so, you have got to try out this recipe which is a bit more healthy, so you can start your next Sunday without a bad conscience.

To make one serving, you need:
50g oats
30g wholemeal spelt flour
1 egg
2 eggwhites
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinamon
some milk
simply mix 50g oats, 30g wholemeal spelt flour, 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon
add some milk to get the consistency just right
bake in a non-stick pan with some butter
make sure the pan is not too hot
serve with marple syrup and fruits ⠀
For an even better result, use oat flour the dough might thicken quickly, add milk if necessary.
