Popcorn granola - fancy as it sounds and a healthy snack as well

If you love to add some crunch to everything as much as I do, then this recipe is just perfect for you.

You need:
50g popcorn maize
some coconut oil
50g almonds
50g oatmeal
2tbsp marple syrup
heat up coconut oil in a pan
let 50g popcorn maize pop
remove from the stove
add 50g chopped almonds, 50g oatmeal and 2 tbsp marple syrup
put everything on a baking tray
bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 10-15min until golden ⠀⠀
