Popcorn granola - fancy as it sounds and a healthy snack as well

If you love to add some crunch to everything as much as I do, then this recipe is just perfect for you.

You need:

  • 50g popcorn maize

  • some coconut oil

  • 50g almonds

  • 50g oatmeal

  • 2tbsp marple syrup


  1. heat up coconut oil in a pan

  2. let 50g popcorn maize pop

  3. remove from the stove

  4. add 50g chopped almonds, 50g oatmeal and 2 tbsp marple syrup

  5. put everything on a baking tray

  6. bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 10-15min until golden ⠀⠀
