Quiche - quite simple and absolutely delicious

This one has a lot of protein as well. You can even prepare the quiche in advance and heat it up later or eat it cold.


You need:


For the dough: 120g flour 125g quark 5g baking powder 1tbsp chia seeds 5g oil 1tsp salt For the filling: 250g quark 300ml (plant based) milk 150g grated cheese 3tbsp chia seeds 1-2 chilies salt & pepper cherry tomatoes Mix all ingredients for the dough until smooth • press the dough into a greased quiche pan (Ø 25cm) and pull up the edges • bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 15min • mix all ingredients for the filling • pour the filling into the quiche • arrange the tomatoes • bake for another 35min • let the quiche cool dowb for 10min before removing the pan
