Root vegetables - rich in vitamins, low in calories, quickly prepared

The recipe is very easy to do, it contains many vitamins and has hardly any calories at all.

You need:
parsnips
carrots
beetroot
honey
salt, peper
oil
cut parsnips, carrots and beetroot into large cubes
marinate the vegetables with a sauce of 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp oil and salt & pepper
cook in the oven at 200°C (upper/lower heat) for about 40min
