This way, these Peanut butter Cups are a little healthier and without any preservatives etc.

For 6 peanut butter cups you need:

100g peanut butter 30g agave syrup 200g dark chocolate coconut oil (tip: get peanut butter made from peanuts only) Mix the peanut butter and agave syrup • fill the mixture about 1cm into paper muffin moulds • freeze for 30min • melt the chocolate • cover the floor of new muffin moulds with the molten chocolate • put the frozen peanut butter on top • cover with more chocolate • freeze again for 30min • remove the moulds
