Do you love summer cakes? It's the season of rhubarb and strawberries and we are lucky they fit so we'll together.
You need:
150g oats
50g walnuts
150g dates
1 tbsp marple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
500g rhubarb
2 tbsp agave nectare
2 packages agar-agar
500g strawberries
blend 150g oats, 50g walnuts, 150g dates, 1 tbsp marple syrup and 1 tbsp coconut oil (liquid) until sticky
press the dough in a greased tarte pan
bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 10-12min
peel and cut rhubarb to 1cm
cook the rhubarb in a pot with 2 tbsp agave nectar and 2 packages agar-agar (2min bubbling)
let everything cool
put the rhubarb mash on the cake base and add plenty cut strawberries
