Summertime - perfect time for a smoothiebowl

Healthy, refreshing and quick prepared

What is better than a refreshing smoothiebowl at the warm temperatures? It contains many vitamins and healthy nutrients and can be enjoyed ice-cold.

You need:

  • 200g frozen spinach

  • 1 banana

  • 1 apple

  • some lemon juice

  • a piece of ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

To prepare, simply add 200g of frozen spinach, 1 banana, 1 apple, a little lemon juice, a small piece of ginger and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, depending on taste, to a blender. Mix to a creamy mixture. To serve, wrap half a watermelon, pour in the smoothie and decorate with various toppings of your choice. I used linseeds, grapes, waffles, currants, blueberries and watermelon as toppings. Enjoy it!
