Sweet lollipops

I figured out a way to serve snacks in a fashionable manner. These sweet lollipops are perfect to go and to impress your guests.

You need:


Dough: 450g flour 250ml warm water 1 package yeast 2tbsp sugar 1tsp salt 2tbsp olive oil Filling: sweet spread (e.g. nutella, peanut butter, jam) ⠀⠀ Mix yeast & water • add flour, sugar, salt and knead • add olive oil and knead for five more minutes until smooth • leave it in a warm place for 30-60min • roll out the dough rectangulary • spread your sweet spread • roll the dough up • cut it into 2-3cm thick slices • put the rolls on a baking pan • let it rise once more for 15min • bake at 180° (upper/lower heat) for 15-20min.
