The nutritional values of quark - an excellent meal for athletes and everybody else

I'll show you how to make your own quark super tasty.

But many do not like the taste of pure low-fat quark. Otherwise, bought curd with flavour has bad nutritional values again. Therefore I will show you how you do the trick: a selfmade healthy snack with good taste. Add some milk to your quark and stirr it well. If you like it sweeter, add some agave nectar (this way cou control the amount of carbs and are aware of it). I like to use vanilla extract as well. Now comes the fun part: Add all of your favourite toppings: fruits, jam, chocolate chunks, nutella, nuts, honey... The result will be a delicious snack which has way more flavour than any bought one and is perfect as dessert as well. Enjoy it. What are your favourite toppings?
