This flat-cake surely looks tasty and trendy as well

The cake base is purely raw. Together with a vanilla topping and sour redcurrants - a perfect combination, especially on hot summer days.

You need:

  • 150g nuts

  • 200g dates

  • 60g baking cocoa

  • 3tbsp coffee or other liquid


  1. Blend 150g nuts, 200g dates, 60g baking cocoa and 3tbsp coffee using a high performance mixer

  2. spread the mixture on a baking pan (use baking parchment as well)

  3. freeze for 1h

  4. add toppings of your choice - here I chose vanilla pudding and redcurrants

  5. enjoy cold
