The cake base is purely raw. Together with a vanilla topping and sour redcurrants - a perfect combination, especially on hot summer days.
You need:
150g nuts
200g dates
60g baking cocoa
3tbsp coffee or other liquid
Blend 150g nuts, 200g dates, 60g baking cocoa and 3tbsp coffee using a high performance mixer
spread the mixture on a baking pan (use baking parchment as well)
freeze for 1h
add toppings of your choice - here I chose vanilla pudding and redcurrants
enjoy cold
