Using cinnamon rolls and fruity jelly - the combination is just perfect for a lovely sunny afternoon.
You need:
a cube of yeast
2tbsp warm water
80g sugar
1tbsp salt
1 egg
500g flour
200ml milk
80g soft butter
150g of your favorite yelly
1tbsp cinamon
Mix a cube of yeast with 2tbsp warm water, 80g sugar, 1tsp salt
add 1 egg, 500g flour, 200ml milk and knead • add 80g soft butter
knead until the dough is non-sticky
let the dough rise for 30-60min until the size doubled
roll out the dough and shape a big rectangle
spread 150g of your favorite jelly
sprinkle 1tbsp cinnamon over it
roll the dough up and cut it into 3cm thick slices
arrange the cinnamon rolls in a greased baking pan
put it into the cold oven and bake at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for 30min
Enjoy the fancy pull apart cake!
