What do you prefer to eat the day before the competition? I prefer pasta - as you would expect.

For two portions you will need:
150g soja nets
400ml vegetable sock
2 onions
some garlic
oil
300g tomatoes
vegetables of your choice
salt & peper
fresh herbs
pasta
Vegetarian Bolognese:
Swell 150g of soya nets with 200ml of vegetable stock for 10-15min
chop 2 onions and a clove of garlic and fry in a pan with a little oil for 3min
add the soya and fry until golden brown
add 300g tomatoes and other vegetables of your choice
deglaze everything with 200ml vegetable stock
simmer for 10-15min
season with fresh herbs and pepper & salt
you prepare the pasta as usual
