Wraps are perfect if you want to use up leftovers. Having this selfmade hummus (it's soo tasty) the wraps are high in protein and vegan as well. Wrapped in tinfoil, you can even have them to go!

You need:
For the hummus
200g chickkkpeas
1tsps olive oil
1tsps tahin
a clove of garlic
1/2 lemon
some caraway and pepper
For the filling
champinions
garlic
salt peper
fresh salad
e.g. paprika, tomatos
Hummus: Simply blend: 200g chickpeas, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tahin, a clove of garlic, the juice of half a lemon, some caraway and salt & pepper ⠀ Everything else:
Brown five champions with some oil, garlic and salt & pepper
spread the hummus, add the filling, complete with paprika and salad (dont use too much of anything)
fold up the lower edge, then the right and left one, so nothing will fall out
pro tip: if you can, use "dürüm"-wraps; they are way bigger and therefore easier to fold. ⠀ Give it a try and make sure to tag me on your picture on instagram @running.for.food
