Yeasterbunnys-pefect for easter

Easter is getting closer and I've got the perfect Easter Bunny recipe for your brunch. (You could call it a yeasterbunny)

For six bunnys

You need:

  • 500g flour

  • 1 package of yeast

  • 20 ml water

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 225 ml milk

  • 100g liquid butter

  • 75 g sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • abrasion of organic lemon


  1. mix one package of yeast with 20ml water and 1 tbsp of sugar •

  2. let it rest for 5min

  3. mix 500g flour, 225ml milk, 100g liquid butter, 75g sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg and the abrasion of an organic lemon

  4. make sure the dough is soft, yet not sticky anymore

  5. knead for about 5min • let the dough rise for 30min

  6. split the dough into six equal pieces

  7. shape the bunnys and add the eyes

  8. let it rise once more for 15-20min • coat the bunnys with yolk

  9. bake at 220°C (upper/lower heat) for 8-10min ⠀
